Kore wa ringo desu. Ini (dekat pembicara) apel.   This is an apple.  Zhe shi yi ge pingguo.

Sore

Sore wa ringo desu. Itu (dekat lawan bicara) apel.  That is an apple. Na shi yige pingguo.

Are

Are wa ringo desu. Itu (jauh dari pembicara maupun lawan bicara) apel. That over there is an apple. Na bian shi yi ge pingguo.
